CLEAN WATER (SCW), TRASH DAILY GENERATION RATE (DGR), AND FATS,
OILS, AND GREASE (FOG) PROGRAM COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR A TOTAL
NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $278,181.
Recommendation
It is recommended that City Council approve a Professional Services Agreement with
John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. to provide compliance services for the National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Safe Clean Water (SCW) Program,

Trash Daily Generation Rate (DGR) requirements, and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG)
Program for a three-year term with the option for two one-year extensions in an amount
not-to-exceed $278,181 for the initial term in the form approved by the City Attorney.

Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 8017 approving the
Citywide Table of Organization for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 8018 amending the City's
Table of Organization to reflect the proposed position additions, deletions, and
reclassifications as follows:
Add one (1) full-time, limited-term Management Intern position.
Approve the salary schedule for the full-time, limited-term Management Intern
position.
Add two (2) full-time Customer Success Representative positions.
Delete one (1) Environmental & Sustainability Manager position.
Delete one (1) Police Clerk II position.
Reclassify one (1) Management Analyst position to one (1) Senior Management
Analyst position.
Reclassify one (1) Deputy Police Chief position to one (1) Police Captain position.

exceed amount of $90,000, and extend the contract term through June 30, 2027.
