14. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL FOR A MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT TASK ORDER TO TOOLE DESIGN, INC., FOR TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE MISSION/ARROYO/PASADENA INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR A TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $65,000 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve the Master Service Agreement Task Order to Toole Design, Inc. to provide transportation engineering services related to the Mission/Arroyo/Pasadena Intersection Improvement Project; and b. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, in the final form approved by the City Attorney, for said services in an amount not to exceed $65,000 ($58,644 + 10% Contingency)
