11. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO EXTEND ON-CALL PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES, FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $60,000. Recommendation It is recommended that City Council: a. Approve an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (Attachment No. 1) with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to provide on-call pavement management support services, including pavement management analysis and updates to the City's Pavement Management Plan, as described in the proposal (Attachment No. 2) in an amount new not-to-exceed $60,000 in the form approved by the City Attorney. b. Authorize the City Manager to approve all related documents, in final form by the City Attorney.
