G. Consider a Professional Services Agreement with Mosaic Public Partners for on-call managerial and executive-level recruitment services. (Godinez) Recommendation: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Mosaic Public Partners (Mosaic) in an amount not-to-exceed $55,000 for on- call recruitment searches for up to two managerial or executive-level positions for a two-year term; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the PSA, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
