23. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CITIGUARD INC. FOR SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT THE LIBRARY ($362,500) AND FOR PATROL SERVICES AT CITY-OWNED VACANT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES ($40,000), FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $402,500 Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year Agreement with Citiguard Inc. for security guard services at the Library in an amount of $362,500, and to authorize an additional $40,000 for patrol services at multiple vacant City-owned residential properties within the city, for a total contract amount not to exceed $402,500 and in the final form approved by the City Attorney.
