9. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BIBLIOTHECA, LLC FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE LIBRARY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $82,250.00. Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council approve the agreement with Bibliotheca, LLC for the implementation of radio frequency identification technology and equipment for the library in an amount not to exceed $82,250.00 for the project, including the proposed bid amount of $74,769.00 and a contingency of $7,481.00.
