CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE CITY OF CARSON NEIGHBORHOOD PRIDE PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Dudek for on-call environmental services for a five-year term, for a not-to-exceed amount of $105,000 annually, or $525,000 for the five-year term (Exhibit No. 1; the "Agreement") — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement, following approval as to from by the City Attorney.
