17. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JOE A. GONSALVES & SON FOR STATE OF CALIFORNIA PROFESSIONAL LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Joe A. Gonsalves & Son for State of California legislative advocacy services for a five-year term, for a not-to- exceed Contract Sum of $300,000 for the five-year term (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement”); and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney
