8. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SCS ENGINEERS, FOR AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $20,000 FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO SB 1383 Recommendation It is recommended that the Professional Services Agreement with SCS Engineers be amended to increase the contract amount by $20,000, for a new total not to exceed of $49,500, for continuation of consulting services related to SB 1383 compliance and assistance with the City’s transition to a three-stream waste collection system.
