14. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO A TASK ORDER WITH PACIFICA SERVICES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $71,040 FOR A NEW NOT-TO- EXCEED TOTAL OF $370,740 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve an amendment to Task Order 3 with Pacifica Services, Inc. to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $71,040, from $299,700 to $370,740 in the form approved by the City Attorney and City Manager; and b. Authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents.
