7. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO RETAIN PACIFIC CREDIT SERVICES FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE CITY'S OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a professional services agreement with Pacific Credit Services (Attachment 1) to recover delinquent accounts receivable over 90 days past due; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and all related documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
