11. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN INC. FOR GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS SERVICES TO INCLUDE MIGRATION OF CITY GIS DATA FROM LIGHTBOX TO ESRI ARCGIS ONLINE, INCREASING THE COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,620 FOR A NEW AGGREGATE TOTAL OF $183,620 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman Inc. (Attachment No. 1) to add a scope of work for migration of City GIS data from LightBox to Esri ArcGIS Online in a one-time amount not-to- exceed $33,620, for a new aggregate contract total of $183,620, in the form approved by the City Attorney and City Manager; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents.
