C. Consider awarding Professional Services Agreements to NCB Incorporated and Witt O’Brien’s, LLC for on-call grant application and management services. (Barnes) Recommendation: 1) Award a Professional Services Agreement to NCB Incorporated for on-call grant application, management, and related services for a one-year term, with two additional optional one-year term extensions, in an amount not-to-exceed $100,000; 2) Award a Professional Services Agreement to Witt O’Brien’s, LLC, for on-call grant application, management, and related services for a one-year term, with two additional optional one-year term extensions, in an amount not-to-exceed $75,000; and, 3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Professional Service Agreements in forms approved by the City Attorney.
