13. CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DAVID VOLZ DESIGN, INC. FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES RELATED TO THE GREVELIA AND BERKSHIRE POCKET PARK PROJECT NO. 005157, FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $216,212 AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 8001 APPROPRIATING PARK IMPACT FEE FUNDS FOR THE AMENDMENT Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with David Volz Design (Attachment No. 1), in final form by the City Attorney, to provide engineering design services related to the Grevelia and Berkshire Pocket Park Project No. 005157 (Project) for a new not to exceed total of $216,212; 2. Adopt Resolution No. 8001 (Attachment No. 2) amending the Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 Capital Improvement Project budget to appropriate $26,212 of Fund 275 - Park Impact Fees to the project budget; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve all related documents.
