18. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR ALTA PLANNING + DESIGN, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $48,586 FOR PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING INVOICES FOR THE SLOW STREETS PROGRAM AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 7995 APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATE PROPOSITION C LOCAL RETURNS FUNDS TO THE PROJECT Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Authorize the City Manager to approve a purchase order for Alta Planning + Design, Inc. in the amount of $48,586 for payment of outstanding invoices related to professional services performed under the Slow Streets Program; and b. Adopt Resolution No. 7995 (Attachment No. 2) amending the Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 Capital Improvement Project budget to appropriate $50,000 to the project budget from Proposition C Local Return Funds. c. Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary to implement this action.
