13. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN L. HUNTER AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR A MULTI-YEAR TERM FOR NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES), SAFE CLEAN WATER (SCW), TRASH DAILY GENERATION RATE (DGR), AND FATS, OILS, AND GREASE (FOG) PROGRAM COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR A TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $278,181. Recommendation It is recommended that City Council approve a Professional Services Agreement with John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. to provide compliance services for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Safe Clean Water (SCW) Program, Trash Daily Generation Rate (DGR) requirements, and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program for a three-year term with the option for two one-year extensions in an amount not-to-exceed $278,181 for the initial term in the form approved by the City Attorney.
