16. CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 8018 AMENDING THE CITY’S TABLE OF ORGANIZATION TO SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS PROGRAM AND OPERATIONAL STAFFING NEEDS. Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 8018 amending the City's Table of Organization to reflect the proposed position additions, deletions, and reclassifications as follows: Add one (1) full-time, limited-term Management Intern position. Approve the salary schedule for the full-time, limited-term Management Intern position. Add two (2) full-time Customer Success Representative positions. Delete one (1) Environmental & Sustainability Manager position. Delete one (1) Police Clerk II position. Reclassify one (1) Management Analyst position to one (1) Senior Management Analyst position. Reclassify one (1) Deputy Police Chief position to one (1) Police Captain position.
