CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TOWNSEND PUBLIC AFFAIRS, FOR LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY AND GRANT WRITING SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $67,500 FOR A NEW TOTAL AGREEMENT AMOUNT OF $90,000 AND EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027 5 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council consider approval of the proposed amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Townsend Public Affairs, for legislative advocacy and grant writing services, in the amount of $67,500, for a new total not to exceed amount of $90,000, and extend the contract term through June 30, 2027.
