13. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN L. HUNTER AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR A MULTI-YEAR TERM FOR NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES), SAFE CLEAN WATER (SCW), TRASH DAILY GENERATION RATE (DGR), AND FATS, OILS, AND GREASE (FOG) PROGRAM COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR A TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $278,181. Recommendation It is recommended that City Council approve a Professional Services Agreement with John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. to provide compliance services for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Safe Clean Water (SCW) Program, 4 Trash Daily Generation Rate (DGR) requirements, and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program for a three-year term with the option for two one-year extensions in an amount not-to-exceed $278,181 for the initial term in the form approved by the City Attorney.
