11. Approval of Amendment No. 1 Between The City of Grand Terrace and Sweeping\nCorporation of America, LLC for Street Sweeping Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award to and Approve the Street Sweeping Amendment No. 1 with Sweeping\nCorporation of America, LLC, for a term commencing April 13, 2023, through June\n30, 2024, for a total contract sum not to exceed $68,278 for routine street sweeping\nservices and, includes $2,142 set-aside for On-Call/Special Event/Emergency street\nsweeping callouts; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement subject to the City Attorney’s\napproval as to form.\nDEPARTMENT: PUBLIC WORKS
