4.10 PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH URBAN CROSSROADS, INC., FOR THE PROVISION OF\nCONTINUED ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING CONSULTING\nSERVICES (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed contract Amendment No. 1 with Urban Crossroads, Inc.,\nto extend the term of the current professional services agreement through\nJune 30, 2025, and to increase the total contract amount to $535,000, by\n$214,000, in order to account for the two-year term extension; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the\nprofessional services agreement with Urban Crossroads, Inc., for\ncontinued On-Call Traffic Engineering Consulting Services.\nItem No. 4.10
