E. Electric Forklift Grant Application and Purchase Utilizing EECBG Grant\nFunds for the Public Works Maintenance Division\nRecommendation: To approve the submission of an Application to the\nDepartment of Energy for EECBG grant funds for the\npurchase of alternative fuel heavy equipment for the Public\nWorks Division; and, authorize the City Manager to execute\nall required documents required for the purchase of one (1)\nElectric Pneumatic Lithium Powered Forklift in the amount of\n$104,965.50; and, authorize the Director of\nEngineering/Public Works to execute required quotes and\npurchases in an amount not to exceed $7,954.50 for the\ninstallation of an electrical system to support the Electric\nForklift at the Public Works Facility.
