6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SANFERNANDO NATIONAL LITTLE LEAGUE FOR THE USE OF BASEBALL FIELDS AND CONCESSIONSTAND FOR YOUTH BASEBALL PROGRAMMING AT PIONEER PARKRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve a Non-Exclusive License Agreement with San Fernando National Little League(Contract 2544) for the Use of Baseball Fields and Concession Stand for Youth BaseballProgramming at Pioneer Park; andb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive edits and execute theagreement.
