14. CONSIDERATION OF FOURTH AMENDMENT TO 2022-2025 AGREEMENT WITH AMERINAT FOR HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN AND PAINT GRANT PROGRAM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN DEPOSIT MANAGEMENT, LLC, FOR LOAN DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICES RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the proposed Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with AmeriNat, for loan portfolio management services to Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with AmeriNat, substantially in the form attached. 3. Approve the proposed Professional Services Agreement with American Deposit Lake Forest and Lake Forest Housing Authority. 4. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with American Deposit Management, LLC, substantially in the form attached.
