9. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT TO JACOB GREEN AND ASSOCIATES FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TRAINING AND EXERCISE PROGRAM RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Award an Agreement with a compensation amount of $114,500 to Jacob Green & Associates for development and implementation of a comprehensive Emergency Management Training and Exercise Program. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Jacob Green & Associates, substantially in the form attached.
