9. AMENDED AGREEMENTS FOR MAJOR BUS COMPONETS AND MAJOR REPAIR SERVICES FOR NORWALK TRANSIT SYSTEM Staff recommend City Council approve agreements with Cummins, Inc. in the amount of $200,000; Gillig, LLC in the amount of $50,000; and Western States Converters & Transmissions, Inc. in the amount of $50,000, for a combined total of $300,000 for Major Bus Components and Major Repair Services for a two-year period from August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements and any amendments, provided funding is available in the budget and they are within the City Manager’s signing authority, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
