5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AWARD – ON-CALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND INSPECTION SERVICES, ENGINEER'S REPORT NO. 26-25 Staff recommend City Council approve agreements with AKM Consulting Engineers, DCCM, Transtech Engineers, Inc., and TYLin to provide City-wide on-call project management, construction management, and inspection services for a term of three years from the date of execution, with two optional one-year extensions, in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000 annually per firm; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements, as well as any extensions or amendments, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
