ACCEPT WORK FOR PROJECT NO. 7449 WATERMAIN AND ADVANCED METER INFRASTRUCTURE METER REPLACEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 7937 LOCAL STREETS REHABILITATION PROGRAM ZONE 31 ASPHALT IMPROVEMENTS, AND PROJECT NO. 7452 Staff recommend City Council accept the work for Stephen Doreck Equipment Rentals, Inc. in the amount of $3,082,206.05, for Project No. 7449 Watermain and Advanced Meter Infrastructure Meter Replacements, Project No. 7937 Local Streets Rehabilitation Program Zone 31 Asphalt Improvements, and Project No. 7452 Advanced Meter Infrastructure Meter Replacements Phase III, and release the retention payment in the amount of $154,110.31 to Stephen Doreck Equipment Rentals, Inc., per Public Contract Code §7107.
