7. AGREEMENT FOR FLOOD CONTROL USE AND MAINTENANCE AT HERMOSILLO PARK Staff recommend City Council approve the Maintenance Agreement between the City and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District for the Hermosillo Park Stormwater Capture and Infiltration Project (Project No. 7607); and authorize the City Manager to execute the Maintenance Agreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
