10. APPROVE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR STREETLIGHT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Staff recommend City Council approve the agreement with Urban Service Provider, for access and use of the CIMCON LightingGale web-based streetlight management system, in the amount of $15,386, from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional one year periods; and authorize the City Manager to execute the optional one-year periods, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
