Authorize the City Manager to engage the LCA1 cities and the Salvation Army to\nachieve Agreement renewals to continue the Shelter Bed Pilot Program in its present\nform through June 30, 2024, under the same terms and conditions the Bell City\nCouncil approved on June 8, 2022.\n3. Update to the Salary Range for the position of City Clerk. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a new Salary Range for the position of City Clerk effective the next full pay\nperiod after City Council approval; and\n2. Direct city staff to prepare an update to the City’s Employee Salary Schedule\nResolution and incorporate the new Salary Range for the position of City Clerk
