5. Approval of Vendor Services Agreement with Athletic Field Specialists for the Snow Creek Park Baseball Field Renovation Project and Adoption of Resolution No. 26-45 Amending the Adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 Capital Improvement Plan Budget Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve an Agreement for Vendor Services with Athletic Field Specialists (AFS) for the Snow Creek Park Baseball Field Renovation Project in the amount of $104,500.00; 2. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the Agreement amount ($10,450.00) to address unforeseen conditions and additional work necessary to complete the project; 3. Authorize staff to approve and process payments to Athletic Field Specialists under the Agreement for Vendor Services; and 4. Adopt Resolution No. 26-45 amending the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 Capital Improvement Plan Budget by appropriating $120,000.00 from General Fund Reserves for the Snow Creek Park Baseball Field Renovation Project.
