Award a construction contract for the 2022-2023 Maintenance Area 2 Slurry\nSeal Project to Doug Martin Contracting Company, Inc. in the amount of\n$995,700.10;\n2. Reject all other bids;\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Doug Martin Contracting\nCompany, Inc. in the amount of $995,700.10;\n4.
