Approve Interwest Amendment 1 to CON 21-72 for $400,000 – Presentation by\nRob Frizzelle, community Services Director Page 229\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve Alternative No. 1, which is to:\n1) Accept the proposals and award a contract to PlayPower LT Farmington, Inc. in the amount\nof $1,454,514.79 for the construction of a Universally Accessible Playground for the\nRecreation Center & Sports Park.\n2) Accept a fee proposal from Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for $116,290, and authorize\nStaff to issue a Purchase Order to encumber the on-call contract.\n3) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. As-Needed On-Call\nConstruction Management and Inspection Services CON 21-72 (Munis CON 1142) in the\namount of $400,000.
