Highway Safety Improvement Program for Traffic Signal Modification Improvements for 8\nIntersections Accept PSOMAS $47,000 Proposal and authorize Staff to issue Purchase Order\nto PSOMAS & Approve budget amendment of FY22/23 as stated in staff report Page 20\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve Alternative No. 1, which is to\n1) Accept a Fee Proposal from PSOMAS, Inc. in the amount of $47,000 for continued\nConstruction Engineering/Management and Inspection Services and authorize Staff to issue\na Purchase Order to encumber the PSOMAS As-Needed On-Call Construction Management\nand Inspection Services Contract; and,\n2) Approve a budget amendment of the Fiscal Year 22/23 as stated in the Staff Report for\nHighway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) for Traffic Signal Modification Improvements\nfor Eight (8) Intersections, Project TI288. This is the recommended action.
