12. Award of Contract to Precision Concrete Cutting for Sidewalk Condition Repairs\nRecommendation that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award a Five-Year Maintenance Contract to Precision Concrete Cutting for\nsidewalk condition repairs for Fiscal Years 2023-28 for as-needed work not to\nexceed the Capital Improvement Plan Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Fund;\n2. Authorize $28,900 in needed repairs for Fiscal Year 22/23; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute the agreement and\nnecessary documents.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS (1 Item)
