Approval to rescind the Citywide Stage 2 Water Alert and Water Shortage\nContingency Plan restrictions and Adopt Stage 1 Conservation\nRecommendation that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Rescind the Citywide Stage 2 Water Alert and Water Shortage Contingency Plan\nLevel 2 restrictions; and\n2. Adopt the Stage 1 Water Watch Conservation Stage in accordance with Chapter\n42 Article VII of the City of La Palma Municipal Code.
