10.5 Consideration of a Resolution Approving a First Amendment to the Master Services Agreement with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates for Transactions Tax Audit and Information Services RECOMMENDATION: It is staff's recommendation that the City Council approve the attached Resolution authorizing the Acting City Manager to execute a First Amendment to the Master Services Agreement with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates, subject to approval by City Attorney as to form, for transactions tax audit and information services to include services pertaining to Measure BG.
