HUMAN, EQUITY, ACCESS AND RELATIONS COMMISSION PROPOSED\n2023 ANNUAL WORKPLAN\nThis is the 2023 calendar Annual Work plan developed by the Human Equity,\nAccess and Relations Commission for the 2023 calendar year to best fit in\nalignment with the goals and scope of the HEAR Commission as well as the City\nof San Gabriel’s Mission. The workplan includes a request of $2,500 for the\nMental Wellness Expo in October. Should Council approve the request, this will\nrequire $2,022.82 from the General Fund and $477.18 remaining funds from the\nSan Gabriel Community Foundation Grant received by the City in 2022.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and approve the HEAR\nCommission’s Annual Workplan, as presented, for 2023.
