ORDINANCE NO. 688 AMENDING CHAPTER 130 OF THE SAN GABRIEL\nMUNICIPAL CODE, REGARDING GENERAL OFFENSES, TO ALLOW LOCAL\nPROSECUTION OF CERTAIN MISDEMEANORS – SECOND READING AND\nADOPTION\nAdoption of this Ordinance would modify the San Gabriel Municipal Code to\nadd certain misdemeanor crimes that could be prosecuted locally by the City\nAttorney’s office. There is no fiscal impact related to the adoption of this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council waive reading and adopt Ordinance No.\n688 entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Gabriel,\nCalifornia, Amending Chapter 130 of the San Gabriel Municipal Code,\nRegarding General Offenses.”
