A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to receive\ncomments on the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and adopt\nResolution No. 23-17 – A Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2023-2024\nAnnual Action Plan (AAP); authorizing the City Manager to submit the AAP\nto the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and\nauthorizing the City Manager to take all actions necessary to implement the\nprograms identified in the AAP.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take testimonial and\ndocumentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 23-17; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
