Consideration and possible action to reaffirm continuing emergency repair\nwork for the storm sewer drainpipe and roadway at Hawthorne Boulevard near\nSeamount Drive/Eddinghill Drive (Dragoo)\nRecommendation: 1) Reaffirm, by a four-fifths vote, there is a need to\ncontinue the emergency repair work identified by Council-adopted Resolution\nNo. 2023-07 on February 21, 2023, finding an emergency exists requiring\nimmediate repairs to the storm sewer drainpipe and roadway at Hawthorne\nBoulevard near Seamount Drive/Eddinghill Drive; and, 2) Direct the City Clerk\nto affirm the same in the minutes of this City Council meeting, via Minute\nOrder, reflecting this action.\nAgenda Report
