E. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nprofessional services agreement with Multi W. Systems, Inc. for maintenance\nservices related to the Abalone Cove Sanitary Sewer System. (Hernandez)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional service\nagreement with Multi W. Systems, Inc. for maintenance services related to the\nAbalone Cove Sanitary Sewer System, extending the term by three years\nthrough February 3, 2026, and increasing the contract sum from $180,000 to\n$360,000, with a contingency of 15% or $27,000 and an annual not-to-exceed\nlimit of $60,000 and contingency of 15% or $9,000; and, 2) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\nAgenda Report
