ADOPT Resolution No. 23-067, "A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Carson amending the fiscal year 2022-23\nbudget in the Special Revenue Funds" appropriating $120,000\nfrom Measure R HWY Program Fund, $55,000 from SB1 Fund,\nand $73,319.31 from MWD reimbursement fund to cover pending\nchange orders, other additional work, and other unforeseen\nconstruction work that may be required to complete Project No.\n1606: 223rd Street Widening and Pavement Rehabilitation from\nWilmington Avenue to the East City limit.
