3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-XX, Directing the County Assessor to include
delinquent refuse collection fees as a special assessment to be collected at the
same time and in the same manner as County taxes (172.54 Refuse Collection
Fees).
2. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND
ORDERING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF THE ANNUAL SPECIAL TAX FOR
LANDSCAPING SPECIAL TAX DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:
1. Conduct a public hearing;
2. Take public testimony; and
3. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-XX Establishing and Ordering the Levy and
Lighting, Parks and Landscaping Special Tax District for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

3. INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 4 OF
THE HUNTINGTON PARK MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF
THE CITY MANAGER
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL:
1. Conduct a public hearing;
2. Introduce, by title only, and waive further reading of the proposed ordinance
amending Chapter 2, Article 4 of the Huntington Park Municipal Code regarding the
removal of the City Manager; and
3. Direct staff to return the ordinance for second reading and adoption.
