Item No. 24. 2023-0292 CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT TO MAGELLAN ADVISORS, LLC, FOR\nA CITYWIDE BROADBAND ASSESSMENT STUDY.\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD and APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with\nMagellan Advisors, LLC, for the Broadband Assessment Study in\nthe amount of $217,600.00.\n2. AUTHORIZE contingency funds in the amount of $32,400.00 to\ncover extra work beyond that specified in the Scope of Services.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract, following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\n4.
