21. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of a Resolution Designating a Portion of the
Pomona Fairplex Located at 601 West McKinley Avenue as a Local Historic District

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1) Conduct a public hearing and receive public testimony; and
2) Adopt the following Resolution (Attachment No. 1):
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-075 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
