Item No. 20. 2023-0231 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN TRANSPORTATION\nSYSTEMS FOR RECREATIONAL CHARTER BUS\nSERVICE (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services\nAgreement with American Transportation Systems, a California\ncorporation, for a three-year term with the option for a single\ntwo-year extension, with a not-to-exceed contract sum of $375,000\nover the initial three-year term (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement"); and\n2.
