DESIGNATION OF VOTING DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE(S) TO REPRESENT SAN CLEMENTE AT THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY Potential Action(s) The City Council should determine whether or not to appoint a voting delegate to represent the City at the General Assembly of the League of California Cities Annual Conference on September 25, 2026, and also determine whether or not to appoint an alternate(s) to vote on the City’s behalf in the event the voting delegate is unable to vote at the General Assembly.
