CONTRACT AWARD - SIDEWALK REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the contents of the staff report, appropriate action includes adoption of Resolution No. 26-129, which will: 1. Find the Sidewalk Repair and Maintenance Services, CIP Project No. 27311, categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the State CEQA Guidelines. 2. Award the Sidewalk Repair and Maintenance Services, CIP Project No. 27311, contract to BPR, Inc. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26- Sidewalk Repair and Maintenance Services, in an amount not to exceed $220,000.
